Circa 1990s promotional advertising poster for Plainwell Paper Company’s Plainwell Enamel paper, featuring a vivid red betta, also known as a Siamese fighting fish, suspended within a rounded, stemmed cocktail glass. Its long, flowing fins stand out against the clear water and angular ice cubes, with two green, pimento-stuffed olives perched at the rim. The glass’s stem and base are mirrored below, creating a playful, surreal still life against a pale background.
